You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must not share your credentials with others. Administrators reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All files are processed locally in your browser. We do not store, access, or transmit your files to any server. Your data remains entirely on your device throughout the conversion process.

AI-generated content is provided as-is without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Users retain full ownership of content they create using our AI tools. We are not liable for how AI-generated content is used.

The EasyConvert4U name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property. All tools are provided free to use but may not be copied, redistributed, or rebranded without permission.

Regular user data stored in localStorage auto-deletes after 7 days of inactivity to protect your privacy. Admin and editor account data persists until manually removed.

You may not use EasyConvert4U to process illegal content, attempt to exploit or hack the system, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any user who violates these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
